Have you obtained your diploma outside of Flanders and have you received an admission letter from Odisee University College? Then you need to follow these instructions to register.

Start your online registration
The starting point of your online registration is the web application you used to apply for admission. Access the web application via this link. On the main page, click on the pencil button next to your application for the Bachelor of Business Management.
Click on "Choice of study" and select the option "Specialisation Marketing".

Upload your documents
Click on "Documents" to upload your registration documents and click on "Save". The documents you must upload are listed in your admission email.
Please note that if you require a visa to come to Belgium, you will only be able to upload your documents (passport, visa type D and entry stamp) once you are in Belgium.

Financial and social background information
As part of your registration, you need to fill out two sections:
- Financial: read the information and click on "Save".
- Social background: fill out the questionnaire and click on "Confirm".

Confirm your registration
Click on "Final confirmation" to confirm your online registration.
After confirming it, your registration will be checked and processed.
Diploma check
You may have to present your original diploma and/or certificates to the Student Administrative Services Centre. Your admission email indicates whether this diploma check applies to you.
If you need to complete a diploma check on campus, please make an appointment via Diploma check.
Only after completing the online registration and presenting your original documents, your registration will be processed.
