Register for an exchange semester

Students wishing to study or do a traineeship at Odisee for a single semester or an entire academic year, should consult the International Office of their home institution to check if there is an existing exchange agreement between Odisee and their home institution. Without such an agreement, we cannot host students for an exchange semester.

The International Office of your home institution officially nominates you by sending an email with the following required information:

• Name + Surname
• E-mail address
• Nationality
• Period of stay
• ISCED code

Deadlines: 

nomination deadline for an exchange in the autumn semester: 15th of May

Nomination deadline for an exchange in the spring semester: 15th of October

Upon receipt of this nomination, Odisee’s International Office will send the application procedure (online link) to all accepted students.

Deadline for application is the 15th of June for exchanges in autumn semester and 15th of November for exchanges in spring semester.

Complete your application online and upload the following documents.

• A passport picture (jpg)
• Transcript of records signed and stamped
• A proof of health insurance (only for EEA students)
• Learning Agreement
• A Motivation letter (traineeship)
• A CV (traineeship)
