Mental Healt Monitor

Last year, for the first time, the Flemish Ministry of Education conducted the Mental Healt Monitor among all Flemish students in Higher Education. This monitor was compiled on the basis of responses to an extensive questionnaire. The purpose of this monitor is to gain annual insight into the psychological health, resilience and study motivation of students, and how these aspects develop over time. Again this year, this monitor will be rolled out within Odisee starting Oct. 16. You will receive an email via your Odisee account. Hereby a call to definitely fill out this questionnaire to let your voice be heard!

The results, conclusion and action points from last year  are free to consult:

Two specific Odisee results from last academic year's survey

  • The results show that you experience Odisee as a positive and stimulating learning environment. You feel you are treated fairly and equitably and experience genuine support from fellow students, tutors and lecturers.
  • The results show that we can all grow more in giving, asking for and receiving feedback. Putting more effort into this can increase the well-being of both students and staff.

There is always room for improvement and we want to make all the extra support available from Stuvo (student services) as known and visible as possible. That way you know where to go with questions, concerns or problems on both a study and personal level. You can find all the information on this webpage- or talk to your track counselor or teacher about it, so that they can refer you to Stuvo on your campus. So definitely do not hesitate to contact us, we are here for you!
