Your learning path coaches from your program and/or the STUVO staff can help put things in order, help you think through the reasons for your refusal, and discuss with you the various options for the future.

It is important to make the right choice and to be guided if necessary. Changing your programme or ceasing your studies also has consequences for your study credit and tuition fees.

Which activities qualify?

The activity must be social, cultural or sports-related and focuses on ‘doing something fun together’.

We deliberately won't present you with a list: as long as the activity brings you together and you share the experience of it together! You must undertake this activity with at least 3 fellow students, bringing you to a total of at least 4 people.

Are you studying in a special situation? Then you can apply for a special status to benefit from adjustments in the education and/or exam regulations.

As a student representative, you are entitled to be absent from the teaching activity or from an exam if, in that capacity, you are expected to attend the meeting of a participation body.
