    Achtergrond

    Na mijn doctoraat rond blootstelling aan gewasbeschermingsmiddelen belandde ik via mijn passie voor voeding in het kwaliteitswezen terecht. Na 6 jaar actief te zijn als Quality Manager maakte ik de overstap naar Odisee. Als onderzoeker en docent maak ik de kruisbestuiving tussen mijn ervaring binnen onderzoek en mijn passie voor voeding.
