Odisee Account

You will use your Odisee account (first name.name@student.odisee.be) to:

  • log in to the student platform 
  • consult your Odisee mailbox
  • order your textbooks 
  • log in to Odisee PCs (classrooms, library,...)

Logging in is done with first name.name@student.odisee.be and your self-selected password. 

Association KU Leuven account

Your account of the Association KU Leuven (student number) you use to access all IT applications offered by the Association KU Leuven, such as:

  • your My admin (self-service requests attestations, timetable, ISP, exam card, exam results...)
  • the Toledo  learning environment
  • ...

Log in with your student number and your self-selected password.

Odisee account

I did not receive a temporary password for my Odisee account:

  1. Check your spam first!
  2. Please also consider what personal mail address you have used and therefore where you will receive the mail on!
  3. If you really don't find the mail, you can request a new activation code  at the Information Management Service .

Association KU Leuven account

I did not receive an activation email for my KU Leuven account:

  1. Check your spam first!
  2. Please also consider what personal mail address you have used and thus where you will receive the mail on!

3.  If you really can't find the mail, you can request an activation code at https://account.kuleuven.be/ provided your personal e-mail address is known. With this activation code you can then set a password.

  • You will now see the text "Reset password., but you don't have to take that into account
  • Fill in the personal email address that was used to register
  • you do not have to fill in a username
  • indicate that you are not a robot
  • click 'Send'
  • Is it still not working? Then describe your issue to the service Information Management

Is your Odisee account blocked?

If you try to log in too many times (5 attempts) with a wrong password, Microsoft will put your account in softlock mode. This is to protect against a possible attack. Your account will then be locked by Microsoft for 16 minutes. After that you can try again.

Don't remember your password? Then you can reset it yourself .

O365 lockout

Odisee account

  • When you graduate
    Your Odisee account will be closed after the registration period of the next academic year, i.e. mid-October.
  • When you unenroll
    Your Odisee account will be closed 14 days after you deregister.

Please note: 

When your account is closed, you can no longer access your Odisee email and your files on OneDrive or in Teams.
If you still need data sitting there somewhere, you better copy it in time. More info can be found here

Association KU Leuven account

  • When you graduate
    Your Associatie KU Leuven account is closed at the end of the academic year.
  • When you unenroll
    Your Associatie KU Leuven account will be closed 7 days after you deregister.
  • When you have an outstanding balance
    Your Association KU Leuven account will be closed 14 days after you received the second payment reminder.
