Learn to manage your stress better
Do you experience stress for your exams? Or maybe for finding a job? Or do you panic at the thought of not being able to make new friends? Or maybe something else is going on? Don't worry! First of all, we can tell you that being stressed is very normal. Just ask around: we all have it, although it may be more visible in some people than others. Although to some extent, having stress is simply a part of life, sometimes you may feel that it all becomes a bit too much. You may feel overwhelmed and not know what to do. A first step can then be to come to the 'stress less' workshop, which is organized on campus Brussels.
In this workshop you will learn (in a pleasant and interactive way):
- How stress works
- How to recognize stress signals
- What role your body plays in it
- How to reduce stress
- ... and much more!
Even if not for yourself, you may gain insights in how to assist others to recognize or reduce their stress. Or who knows, maybe you'll just become a stress expert yourself?
The workshop is scheduled on the 16th of May from 17h until 19h at Hermes 4207, campus Brussels. The workshop is free and there is no registration needed 😊
